How much pizza should I order?
Our 8"x10” pizzas and gluten-free 8"x10” pizzas are perfect for 1-2 people (4 slices). For larger groups, consider ordering multiple 8”x10” pizzas to sample a variety of flavors. Adding pizza sticks or a salad is also a great way to round out your meal. And remember, pizza leftovers are always a delicious bonus (click here for reheat instructions).
What are Family Boxes?

Can you explain your pizza sizes?
Certainly! Our 8x10” pizza pans are roughly equivalent to a 12” round pizza.
What makes “Detroit Style” pizza unique?
Detroit-style pizza stands out with its square or rectangle shape, baked in authentic blue steel pans from the automotive industry. What brand is your gluten-free flour?
Our gluten-free pizzas feature handcrafted dough using Detroit Style Pizza Company’s award-winning recipe, including rice flour, tapioca, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Gibroni’s Pizza offers convenient pizza delivery services. Place your order for delivery or pickup directly through our website. Please note that a small delivery fee applies, as we utilize a third-party delivery service.
What are your hours?
We're open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday to Monday, for takeout, dine-in, and delivery. Orders must be placed by 8:30 PM for last call.
Where are you located?
Find us at 215 S El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672, operating out of the kitchen of JD’s Bar.
Do you sell alcohol?
Gibroni’s Pizza, although not offering alcohol sales, is located within JD’s Bar, providing a selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. Feel free to take advantage of indoor or outdoor seating at JD’s Bar while awaiting your delicious Gibroni’s Pizza. Please note that JD's Bar may not always be open. In such cases, you're welcome to visit Ole’s Bar next door or Artifex Tasting Room on Del Mar Street for your beverage needs. If JD's Bar is closed, you can still order Gibroni’s Pizza for takeout or delivery.
Are you 21+?
JD’s Bar is 21+ after 8:30 PM. If you're dining with kids after this time, consider ordering online for takeout or delivery.
How do I reheat my pizza?
In the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 500°F.
Place your pizza slices on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes, or until the crust is crispy, and the cheese is melted to perfection.
Keep an eye on your pizza to prevent overcooking.
In the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F.
Arrange your pizza slices in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
Air fry for approximately 3 minutes, or until the crust is crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Check the progress to avoid overcooking, as air fryer temperatures may vary.

Why isn't my order ready at the exact time Toast says?
Please allow a 5-10 minute buffer for us to add post-toppings and package your food items. The estimated times provided help us manage oven times.
Toast says you aren’t accepting orders?
This may happen during rushes, but check our Instagram for updates. There could be a delay, or we may have sold out for the day.

Where are you located?
Gibroni’s Pizza is located in downtown San Clemente, operating out of JD’s Bar & Kitchen at 215 S El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672.
We are open for delivery and takeout from Wednesday to Monday, 4 – 9 PM. Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays.
JD’s Bar has limited hours but features a full bar. If closed, pizzas can be taken to-go, or you can visit Ole’s Bar next door or Artifex Tasting Room on Del Mar Street.
How should I place my order?
All orders must be placed online or in person; we do not accept phone orders. To avoid wait times, we highly recommend pre-ordering online. Our pizzas take approximately 20-30 minutes to prepare, and during dinner rushes, it can get very busy.
