Gibroni's Merchandise Return Policy

At Gibroni's, we want you to love your gear as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Initiate the Return: Contact us at store@gibronispizza.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue to request a return authorization.

  • Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

  • Ship It Back: Ship the package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@gibronispizza.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during promotional events with specified terms.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.
